Purpose: Come alongside the Lead Pastor and the Church to assist with day-to-day tasks such as scheduling; reviewing, prioritizing and responding to emails; answering and returning phone calls; organizing documents; maintaining records; taking notes, and taking on any other administrative tasks that help the Lead Pastor and the Church accomplish the mission successfully.
Experience and Knowledge Required:
- Ability to build relationships in order to assess, advise and direct a person’s appropriate next steps.

- Inbox/email management
- Calendar management and scheduling
- Travel planning and coordination (including writing itineraries)
- Writing/scheduling church-wide emails and announcements
- Website management
- Social Media Management/posting/responding
- Expense Tracking / Reporting
- Making phone calls
- Returning voicemail messages
- Sermon prep support
- Church Management Software duties/reports
- Handling miscellaneous task/projects
